PUBG MOBILE, 2.2 update has been released. Players will be able to battle between new locations on the updated Erangel map while exploring the tropics on the new Nusa map coming with this update. Gamers will be able to unlock and use a number of new cosmetic items as part of Loop 3 Season 8 and Royale Pass Moon 15 as they experience the exciting new game mode Frontline.
PUBG Mobile 2.2 update released
With version 2.2, players will be introduced to Nusa, an all-new map for fun, exploration and combat. Nusa is a new 1×1 km tourist island map in the tropics. Because it’s a small map, matches are completed much faster than maps like Erangel or Livik, which makes the game fast-paced and more exciting. Although Nusa is home to armed conflicts, it is an island with many beautiful places and landscapes to see. Players who are preparing for the next armed conflict can stop for a short time and enjoy these beauties.
Nusa is also adding the new Super Call mechanic that allows players who were eliminated early to rejoin the match if they have teammates who survive. Those who play alone are automatically reborn.
The new map includes a series of new ways to quickly navigate the air line spread across the area, up to an elevator in the multi-storey Telepak Town Apartment Building. The Nusa also comes with new weapons such as the Tactical Arbalette and the NS2000 Shotgun. In addition, players will be able to travel in the new ATV, an agile two-seater vehicle with exceptional stability.
Erangel has a number of updates
In addition to the new map, updates are also coming for Erangel, one of the favorites of players. With PUBG MOBILE’s 2.2 update, for the first time on the Erangel map, the Hospital and Mylta Power buildings have been updated to make it easier to search for materials.
Two new ports are being added to Erangel, one in the southwest of the Farm area and the other south of the Sosnovka Military Base. There will also be visual updates at the Ferry Port. The update also brings to the game the rainbow added as a new weather event, a Snap Shop that will suddenly appear in Erangel, gas stations where players can refuel their vehicles, a bicycle shed, and new Special Equipment Chests with 3 different case types including medical products, coins, military supplies.
The PUBG MOBILE 2.2 update also adds the upcoming Frontline Mode to the game. This exciting new game mode offers players new abilities in Erangel, Livik and Nusa, as well as faster combat, map switching and more frequent encounters with enemies. Skills like Game Analysis, Tracking, and Material Scanning will make it much easier to find the next playing field, track down enemies or find advanced materials. Using the Vehicle Air Drop will give players more options for map switching and change the dynamics of armed conflicts when abilities like Gliding Baby and Healing Fog are used correctly.
Players will also be able to purchase a Vehicle Air Assist from the shop that will help them find vehicles faster. For those who prefer to travel on foot, a cable car has been added to the Stalber area, which will make it easier to move around the area. The Strange Town area, which has been added near the Stalber and west coast, features hot air balloons that players can use for a quick escape.
Update 2.2 of PUBG MOBILE will be released in Chapter 3, which will begin on September 20 with improvements to a new Legendary set and badge page. The cycle will also kick off Season 8. Starting with new social perks for RP players, updated RP Favorite Cases and more, Royale Pass will also provide new content for players as part of Moon 15: Razzle Dazzle.
PUBG MOBILE players who love customization will have great content to enjoy in Update 2.2. For players in the fast lane, an original sports car that allows you to travel in style on the battlefield will soon be able to be designed and customized by players.
Finally, two new characters, Survival Expert Riley and Tech Mercenary Sophia, along with the Ghost Swan Set and the Cosmic Executioner Set, will also be included in the PUBG MOBILE 2.2 update.
With PUBG MOBILE’s 2.2 update, the game is joining the Level Infinite family and signaling change for PUBG MOBILE.
