Embracer Group Divided to three separate companies: Who Are The Games?

The Swedish-based gaming holding Embracer Group decided to split 3 different companies in the past days. This holding, which has an important place in the gaming and entertainment industry, is preparing to leave Asmodee Group, Coffee Stain & Friends and Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends.

Three different companies will be open to the public






Middle-earth Enterprises & Friends: This company will be renamed as Embracer Group, become a central power of gaming development and publishing. The company will be the Master of Rings within the company.

Asmodee Group: This company will focus on publishing and distribution of more desktop games. In this context, Ticket to Ride will hold the rights of brands such as 7 Wonders, Azul, CATAN, Dobble and Exploding Kittens. At the same time, the Master of Rings, Marvel, Game of Thrones and Star Wars will also develop licensed desktop games based on their series.

Coffee Stain & Friends: It will stand out as a non-profit and medium-sized company and will focus on free games to play. Deep Rock Galactic, Goat Simulator, Satisfactory, Wreckfest, Teardown and Valheim are among the brand new companies.
