NetEase Games announced that the Canadian-based gaming studio buys Skybox Labs.
SkyBox Labs, founder partners Shyang Kong, Derek Macneil and Steven Silvester will continue to work independently in the leadership of Netease Games.
Canadian studio previously developed games with Xbox Game Studios, Wizards of the Coast and Electronic Arts, including Halo and Age of Empires series. He also released games called Stela and TASTEE: Lethal Tactics.
