The new update was released for Monster Hunter Rise offered to players by Capcom. The new update removed Denuvo protection technology from the game and instead brought Enigma Drm. This is both good and bad news.
The good news is that Enigma DRM does not come across as a system that interferes with Denuvo. The bad news broke the compatibility with Steam Deck in the game.
New protection technology included in Enigma DRM game
Unlike some reports Enigma DRM did not disrupt the compatibility with mods released for Monster Hunter Rise. In other words, almost all of the current modes will continue to work with this system. So if you play a modulated version of Rise, you will not have trouble.
At the point where we arrive, PC players have been disturbed by some comments that Enigma DRM developers do. Since then, players have expressed their reactions in all Capcom games that use this system. As we mentioned above on the other hand, Enigma DRM is not interfering to Denuvo’s technology. Although it seems like a plus, PC players are still angry about it.
