A huge collection of Counter Strike: Global Offensive has reportedly disappeared from a player’s inventory on their Steam profile. ohnePixel, a skin-maker in the CSGO game , reported that hackers stole $2 million worth of skins from him, including AWP Dragon Lore skins.
$2 million worth of theft at CS:GO
ohnePixel says on Twitter that many of its items, including seven of which are worth $56,000 and the Souvenir AWP Dragon Lore skin, are sold on third-party sites. “This is the most expensive inventory in history,” he says. He also says he has the #1 blue gem carambit knife, which is worth almost $1.4 million.
Last week, Dotesports reported , hackers changed the victim’s Steam account, account name, and email address without him noticing it and took over the account. Now, ohnePixel says about half of the inventory has been sold, while the other half has been sent to the Steam account of one of these hackers and is trying to sell it. In a post on Twitter, she says she’s looking for help and it’s still not too late for her lost belongings.
Valve has not been involved yet, we will see what will happen in the future.
