Rainbow Six Siege, one of the world’s pioneers of the competitive FPS genre, is facing a new scandal. Unable to please players with its problematic sound engine since its release, the R6 will now be the target of criticism for its silent bomb and C4 setup.
Those who play the game often may have heard or experienced this bug before. This bug prevents you from hearing that the pin of the bombs or C4 has been pulled in an unknown way. There’s a special sound you need to hear as soon as both explosives are drawn (like the sound of a pin), and when it disappears because of this bug, you can die from a bomb that you don’t know where it’s coming from.
One of the game’s former stars, Nilas ‘Pengu’ Mouritzen, has finally found a way to repeat this bug. Pengu claims that this bug has been in the game since Operation Health, which came out four years ago. Pengu even claims that this bug is used by professional players.
At this time, Ubisoft has not commented on this issue, but we believe that this bug will be eliminated soon.
