DokeV, an open-world multiplayer role-playing adventure game developed by Black Desert Online producer Pearl Abyss, will now debut much later. Pokemon-inspired DokeV has been postponed to 2024, while Crimson Desert has been postponed to the second half of 2023.
For DokeV, which was first announced in 2021 with an in-game trailer, nothing noteworthy has been released and transferred so far.
The team is currently focused on the Crimson Desert game instead of DokeV.
Developer team Pearl Abyss is currently focused on the open-world action adventure and action role-playing game Crimson Desert. Focusing on a single game, the team postpones other games to a later date. Crimson Desert will be an open-world massively multiplayer role-playing game set in an imaginary world. In the battle for survival, three tribes will fight to take control of the Pywell continent. We will witness all this.
On the other hand, CEO Heo Jin-young of Pearl Abyss says: “DokeV is a game developed in collaboration with Crimson Desert. However, this year, we had to postpone DokeV because our core development team focused on developing Crimson Desert. We will provide more information about the game in the future.”
