In their State of the Flow 2021 Review report released today, the platform’s watch hours reflect a 45% increase compared to 2020.
As for Facebook Gaming, viewership is up 47% from last year, as it reached 5.3 billion hours during the year.
Grant Theft Auto V was the most watched game of the year with 2.1 billion hours of views, an increase of 175% compared to 2020.
League of Legends came in second with 1.8 billion on the streaming platform. MOBA has seen a 28.5% increase in views this year.
Fortnite, a Battle Royale game, came in third place in 2021 with 1 billion hours of views. The number of views increased by 10.6% compared to 2020.
