Splinter Cell Remake is among the long-awaited projects of the players. Although there have been some rumors from time to time for the long-awaited game, we still have not seen anything concrete. Again, some important news continues to come on the production side. According to the new news, the director of Splinter Cell Remake has left Ubisoft after 11 years.
Splinter Cell Remake director David Grivel leaves Ubisoft
David Grivel, who previously worked on projects such as Far Cry 6, Far Cry 5, Far Cry Primal, Assassin’s Creed Unity, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier and Crysis 2 and has been with Ubisoft for 11 years, was most recently in the position of Splinter Cell Remake director at Ubisoft Toronto. Grivel announced his departure from the company in a message posted on his LinkedIn page. The producer, who did not give the reason for leaving, explained this separation with a clear message and included the following statements;
“After more than 11 years at Ubisoft, it’s time for me to embark on a new adventure. 11 years is a long time and it’s almost impossible to summarize this in one post but I have to say I was lucky. I’ve been lucky to have worked with so many wonderful people over the years. I’ve made a lot of friends… New adventure? Stay tuned.”
Of course, it is not yet clear who is the head of the highly anticipated Splinter Cell Remake project after this separation.
