The PUBG Continental Series 7 (PCS7) European grand finals, an online PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS tournament organized by KRAFTON, Inc., will run for six days, from September 30 to October 2 and October 7-9, with teams battling it out for 30 matches for a share of the $250,000 prize pool.
The tournament offers the final chance for teams to earn PUBG Global Championship (PGC) Points that will help them take part in PGC 2022, which will be held in Dubai at the beginning of November. The PCS7 European champion will have the right to take part directly in PGC 2022, regardless of the total points accumulated.
32 teams took part in the playoffs, of which 16 qualified for the Grand Finals. In the Group Stage, OVERPEEKERS and Northern Lights dominated their respective groups, while NAVI, Austrian Force, ACEND, ENCE and Question Mark performed very well. Woo played a very competitive match and advanced to the grand finals with a two-point advantage over Bystanders.
On the first day of the knockout stage, the Win Or Die team had an overwhelming advantage with 49 points. FaZe Clan came second overall. In addition, HOWL, FUT Esports, Fella’s and Polish Power qualified for the grand finals. The fate of the remaining two slots was decided at the final chance stage. The winners of the last chance stage were Team Exalt and Stardust.
