Publisher Distortion2 finished Elden Ring with his butt, really. Less than two months after Elden Ring was released, speeders and self-driving players have already taken on a very different shape.
Distortion2, which lowered the Elden Ring speedrun record to 8 minutes, managed to defeat the game’s main bosses with a butt attack (really it) by strengthening itself as much as possible.
Elden finished Ring with his butt, gluteus maximus!
Presumably inspired by Mario in his adventure this time, Distortion2 has never encountered every boss of Elden Ring, who has more than 150 bosses. He only defeated the bosses who had a place in the story and had to finish. Of course, that doesn’t devalue the player’s success. Distortion2 has defeated a lot of difficult enemies, including Malenia.
Behind this success of Distortion2 was to strengthen itself as much as it could before each boss fight. The publisher also embarked on this Maria adventure with a new character. Distortion2 has gone to great lengths to over-strengthen himself and his butt attack. These boosts include Golden Vow and Flame, Grant me Strength, and more.
Time will tell how players will finish in different ways, with an open-world focus and freedom for the player.
