Hello Games has released the “Waypoint” (version 4.0) update for No Man’s Sky, which overhauls basic game content including game modes, inventory size, and more. With this update, the game has also come to Switch consoles.
Highlights of the update:
– Tailor every aspect of the game to your unique playstyle with exclusive game modes.
– The new autosave system allows you to fully immerse yourself in the journey without having to think about saving your progress. Manual saves remain and give you full control when needed.
– Load and launch a personal trading rocket to automatically sell items on the Galactic Trade Network.
– Inventory visually reworked with new slot designs, backgrounds, icons, and more.
– All difficulty settings can be changed and adjusted at any time. So you can continue to improve your gaming experience while traveling.
– Inventory items can now be highlighted and found quickly using a set of filters.
