The Elder Scrolls IV: The team of mod makers working to bring Oblivion to Skyrim published a trailer that explains that they target 2025 to start Skyblivion project.

They are working for 11 years on the Skyblivion project that has been worked by a volunteer group mod developer. The mode will have a full 13 years history over the date described. The development of Skyblivion was first born in 2012, from the community surrounding Morroblivion mode, bringing Morrowind to Oblivion engine. Skyblivion, created by a group of mod developers called
TESRenewal Group, is a project driven by Cyrodill’s whole Elder Scrolls 4 world, all tasks and characters. Mode aims to update all Dlcs, which are launched for Oblivion, as well as each element, weapon, armor set, location, Npc.

The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is currently available in PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
