Some announcements have been made for Overwatch 2, which will be released in early October. This is actually not a very nice announcement for players who will start the game. However, according to the producer’s statement, the players see this situation as an opportunity to get used to the game and improve themselves.
Overwatch 2 will offer new players some obstacles to overcome
Overwatch 2 made a statement that could cause controversy among players. We already know that in Overwatch 2, players won’t have access to all heroes anyway (except for those who paid for some privileges), and now we’ve learned that new players won’t have access to the full Overwatch roster, even in the full version. New players, i.e. those who are new to the game, will have to overcome certain ranks that will not have instant access to the entire list of heroes.
In the latest blog update to the game, Blizzard reported that they want Overwatch 2’s “First User Experience” to be more gradual than the original Overwatch. The main reason for this is that during the beta period, players stated that they “felt overwhelmed by too many game modes and heroes”. For this reason, new players will be offered some stages for Overwatch 2.
The entire squad will be asked to pass some stages that will not be immediately rolled out to new players. Of course, the company has some requests from the players not only for the squad but also to play in some modes. Beginners will first struggle to unlock the chat for the game. After that, the hero rosterwill be unlocked after a 100-game series.
