The open-world survival game No Man’s Sky will be available with the release of PlayStation VR2, the latest virtual title developed by Sony. The open-world game developed by Hello Games has been in front of players since 2016 and is available on many platforms.
The PSVR2 version of No Man’s Sky was announced earlier this year
The Hello Games team, which announced earlier this year that it was working on the PlayStation VR2 version, first reported that the game would be available to players in the period after the release of the title. However, as spotted by Eurogamer, No Man’s Sky’s PlayStation Store status has been updated. This update states that the free upgrade will come in February 2022.
At first it was thought that this could be a typo. Eurogamer then contacted Hello Games to verify this information. The developer has confirmed this. Thus, in February 2023 (with the release of the title) it was confirmed that the game would come to the PSVR2 title.
No Man’s Sky is a highly ambitious and meticulously designed science fiction-themed adventure game set in galaxies that come to life entirely through procedural content creation.
