Nearly 4 years after its release, the Nier Automata Steam version is getting its long-awaited big update from gamers. On March 17, 2021, Nier Automatawas added to the Xbox Game Pass PC side. When players were playing the Game Pass version of the game, they noticed that it looked much smoother and more beautiful than the Steam version of the game.
Things then escalated and reactions to Square Enix began to pour in from fans of the series. The reactions shouldn’t just be alerted, but the game’s Steam reviews have been flooded with negative reviews. Although there was no explanation for these reactions from Square Enix in the early days, nier automata said that the Steam version would be corrected later. The date given for the update is July 15, 2021.

Looks like Square Enix kept his word, albeit late. In the game’s patch notes, most of the problems with the upcoming update seem to have been fixed. If we talk a little bit about the content of the update; various bug fixes, problems using controllers, FPS issues in intermediate scenes, new settings options added and more will be fixed with the update coming on July 15, 2021.
