Ubisoft has published the first works of the early design period for the Splinter Cell Remake , which it announced in December 2021. The visuals that emerged in a video released to commemorate the game’s release 20 years include images of Sam Fisher hiding behind a wall or column, as usual.
First images for Splinter Cell Remake
Four developers working on Splinter Cell Remake have released a video to share their experiences from the time they were working on the early-stage production. You can watch the video shared by the team below talking about the lighting of the series, the advanced player control system and the hidden gameplay mechanics.
If you don’t want to watch the video from start to finish, you can find the visuals below. However, the video also includes many clues about the production.
The resulting images show classic Sam Fisher scenes. Among them is the agent crouched on a beam overlooking a lobby where the hostages appear to be being held. Fisher took his place on top of them, hidden in the shadows. The lighting also looks like the original game.
Of course, it should not be forgotten that these are early stage studies. Because when the game will come out, it is possible to encounter visuals where we can get much different results with the addition of new technologies.
