RYO The Ascent, a single or co-op action shooter set in a cyberpunk world, has a release date. We first learned today from Curve Digital’s account on Chinese social media network Weibo that the game will be released for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series on July 29. However, the bulletin and trailer for the game were also released under embargo, thus finalizing this information.

The game will be available on Xbox Game Pass on the day of release, which has been officially announced.

The description of the game on Steam is as follows:

Welcome to The Ascent Group campus. This metropolis, which rises to the sky and is full of creatures from all over the galaxy, belongs to The Ascent Group. You play the role of a worker for this company that enslaves everyone in your area, including you. One day you’ll find yourself in a disaster scenario. The Ascent Group is closed and no one knows why. The area where you live is in danger. Now you need to hold on to your gun and go on a new mission and find out the cause of all this.

The game must be available for pre-order on Steam as of now.
