Microsoft recently offered Call of Duty and other Activision games for the intended Microsoft/Activision agreement to Sony for 10 years of agreement to keep Playstation consoles. Players will not only play these games on PS4 and PS5, but also the Call of Duty series will be included as part of PS Plus.
10 Yearly Call of Duty PS Plus Agreement What are Includes?
Microsoft offered a 10-year agreement to Sony to ensure that Call of Duty does not become a private franchise to Xbox if it is planned to purchase Activision. With this agreement, PS5 may be available for the future PS6 console and perhaps PS4. According to sources speaking with Blumberg, the agreement will also allow Sony to put Call of Duty games to PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium subscription services.
Sony refused to accept the agreement until now, despite its approval from both Nintendo and Valve. Both companies do not comment on reports yet. Discussions still continue.
