The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC pack was announced in recent minutes. Although CD Projekt RED has not yet given a clear release date, we can say that the additional package, which has been rumored for a while, has finally become official. In addition, a new story will be added to the game with the new DLC and almost what the subject of this story will be mentioned in the short trailer released.

Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC will be released in 2023
In the short video released, V, our main character in the game, is made to take an oath to serve the New United States. In the following seconds, we hear that the character Johnny Silverhand, voiced by Keanu Reeves, makes a comment about this issue as he did throughout the game. At the same time, a new weapon that is seen to be added to the game in the trailer also appears. We see V waving a kind of cyber-whip at the enemies.
At the same time, a face that we will probably encounter very often in the expansion pack is also included in the video. A woman with some sort of new U.S. badge on her jacket—probably the one who made us swear—is briefly in front of a screen. The Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC will also take place in a new region that has been added to the game. However, other than that, no more official details were shared.
The upcoming first story-driven expansion pack for Cyberpunk will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Stadia in 2023.
