Focusing more on story-driven and one-man adventures, Remedy Entertainment had to kind of give in to popular games and announced a Spin-off project for Control with four-person co-op support. The company has once again signed with 505 Games to distribute this new game, developed under the code name Condor.
Developing a four-person Co-op-focused Control game
Featuring PvE dynamics, this new game will use the Northlight Engine graphics engine, which Remedy has used in previous games. Rami and Raffi Galante, CELEBRITIEs of Digital Bros Group, have made the following statements regarding the game;
“We are excited to continue and further expand our cooperation with Remedy. With over 2 million copies sold and revenues in excess of 70 million euros, Controlwas a highly successful game. As a multiplayer game, Condor has the potential to attract the attention of the gaming community in the long run. It will also contribute to 505 Games’ product revenue stream for longer than traditional games.”
